This fantastic 200 square metre, four bedroomed, air conditioned, apartment is located right in the heart of the centre of Prague, just 200 metres from Old Town (with all its picturesque history) and Wenceslas Square (with countless restaurants, shops and bars). With the nearest tram, metro (and Tesco supermarket) only 1 minute away, this has to be the perfect base to explore all the sights that Prague has to offer.

This air conditioned duplex apartment is ideal for families, friends, or business colleagues who want to relax at the end of the day. A large inch plasma TV , DVD player and free  wi-fi internet will add to the enjoyment.

This fully fitted four-bedroom, 2 bathroom loft style apartment is in a quiet building, yet right in the heart of the city centre. Situated on the 6th (top) floor, with lift (elevator).

The apartment consists of a beautiful living room, kitchen /dining room, four bedrooms (three very large, with queen sized beds and additional sofa beds), two bathrooms and additional wc. There is also a galleried area giving additional relaxation or sleeping space.

On the lower level comprises the living room, which has been furnished with modern style and comfort with sofas, coffee tables, plants, a 42 inch plasma TV and DVD/CD player. There is also a dining area with dining table and chairs.

Also on this level are two bedrooms, one with queen sized bed and single sofa bed; the other with two single beds. Bathroom with bath and shower above, and additional separate wc.

The small kitchen is modern and well equipped with an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, and a coffee maker. There is also a dining table and chairs.

Stairs lead up to a galleried area, which has a single sofa bed. Ideal for reading/relaxation, or as an additional sleeping area. There is also a second bathroom with shower cubicle and two huge bedrooms, each with queen sized beds and an additional sofa bed.

Towels, linens, a hairdryer and complimentary soaps are provided. The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine.

This fantastic air-conditioned apartment can accommodate up to 12 guests sleeping in 9 separate beds/ sofa beds, ideal for large families, groups of friends, or discerning business travellers who are looking for far more space than a hotel can offer.

Because our apartments are in residential buildings and we wish to ensure our neighbours are not disturbed or inconvenienced in any way, we cannot allow young groups, stag, hen or similar party groups. Non – family groups of 3 or more should enquire before booking, detailing the nature of their group. Large single sex groups are generally not allowed.

Additional Booking Conditions: 

A security deposit of EUR 500 is payable in advance (or in cash on arrival) for non-family groups. It will be returned in full if no damages or disturbance to other residents has occurred.
